What To Wear has a no refund policy on all rental items.

Bookings
- Bookings can be made directly via our website up to six months in advance
- Postage for all orders is available on business days only
- Weekend orders will be sent out on the earliest business day, excluding public holidays
Hire Periods
- Each rental hire period is three (3) days, excluding pick up and return
- If you would like a longer hire period this will come at an extra cost
- Pickups for hires are 1-2 days before hire period.
- Return of the item is required within 1-2 days after hire period
- Late returns attract a late fee of 20% of the hire price per day
Cleaning
- Please DO NOT clean the item yourself after wear. We cover all cleaning costs.
- We do aim to steam all garments before sending them out.
- Certain fabrics are prone to creasing and may become creased in transit.
- To remove creases, we allow you to steam most products on a low setting or hang in a steamy bathroom to decrease.
- Some products will come with an explicit warning to not steam under any conditions.
- If you are unsure if you can steam your rental item, please contact our customer support team for advice.
Damages
- If the garment gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, you will be liable to pay for the alterations or replacement of the item
- We ask that you please be very careful when using fake tanning products, perfume and makeup.
- In the event an item becomes damaged, and this damage prevents it from being rehired, WTW reserves the right to charge the user the replacement value of the item
- If a garment is not returned you will be charged the full RRP of the garment
Your Responsibilities

- You will be required to provide a drivers license or passport as a point of security in case item is stolen, lost or damaged
- If you see an item damaged during a try on appointment please let us know in that appointment
- Please refrain from wearing jewellery that can get caught on materials as some are extremely delicate
