What To Wear has a no refund policy on all rental items.

A store credit may be provided to you if your event gets cancelled, you have a change of mind, or the item does not fit.

  • Pickup Conditions

    If no try on appointment was held before pickup, the item must be returned the day/night of pickup in order to be eligible for a store credit.

  • Postal Conditions

    If you have received an item via postage, no try on appointment was had and the item does not fit, you must post the item back next day to be eligible for a store credit.

Store credits last for six months and are not transferrable for cash.
