Renting a garment

How long is the hire period?

Our usual hire period is for three (3) days. If you require a longer hire period, you can contact our support team to discuss. Please note that longer hire periods may come at an extra cost.

Do I need to return within the hire period?

Returns are required within 2 days of your hire period.

For example:

If your hire period starts on Monday, your return window is from Thursday-Friday.

What if my item arrives creased?

Certain fabrics are prone to creasing and may become creased in transit.

We will allow for you to steam on a low setting or you may hang the garment in a steamy bathroom to de-crease.

Some delicate items will come with a warning for you to not steam. In this case, please contact our customer support for further advice before attempting to de-crease.

Where do you ship to?

WTW ships Australia-wide. We use Australia Post as our main courier.

Can I return the item in person instead of via the post?

Yes you can, just contact our customer support team to let us know and we will arrange a return in person with you.
