Hire periods are 3 days, if you would like a longer hire period this will come at an extra cost

    Pick up hires will be notified of the time frames that the hires must be collected at

    Pickups for hires are 1-2 days before hire period

    Return of the item is 1-2 days after hire period

  • Postal

    We use Australia Post Express Shipping, Australia-wide

    Express shipping is expected to arrive between 1-3 days of postage

    You will be sent a tracking number

Your hire period starts from the time the courier attempted first delivery, or the time you pick up your item

We do not take any responsibility for orders where incorrect or ineligible addresses have been provided

If you have provided an incorrect address, you will not be entitled to a refund or store credit of any kind, and you may be liable for any late fees or replacement fees if the dress is not returned to us

We are not liable for late deliveries in the event that Australia Post has a notification for your area regarding shipping delays
